Restructure: Day 1 Well, I think that since this is all about me, I will just post all about me . The next big project is really trying to steer clear of Starbucks and trying to loose some weight. I will keep track of what I eat and the dreaded weight loss here as well. In addition I will try to get in a little exercise daily. It is my goal to loose weight now. I have too many clothes that I just cannot get into as of the past year. What a difference a year can make.
With that said let’s begin.
I began the day with a very healthy breakfast at the office sitting at my desk:
8 black and white M & M’s
A small bag of pork rinds
A large Starbucks mocha frappuccino
See, obviously I need to keep track. That breakfast says it all.
Let’s hope I can do better with lunch?!?!
And get some walking in or something to break a sweat.
